- Check to make sure you are not using a charging cable but standard data cable.
- Try to reinstall to the latest USB drivers from your phone manufacturer's website.
- Please double-check that you have USB debugging process finished to the end on the phone.
- After you finish the USB debugging process,be sure to confirm the RSA fingerprint on your phone.
- Kill all other PC Suites and their running processes using Task Manager.
- Make sure the correct transfer mode is selected. MTP (media transfer) or PC Sync mode - DO NOT USE charge only mode or MIDI.
- Wait a bit longer (5 min.) after the final step of the connection wizard before clicking finish.
- If cable connection can't be established, use Wi-Fi connection or vice versa
- For Wi-Fi connection issues, make sure both devices are on the same network.Check for antivirus or firewall settings that may be blocking communication.
