MOBILedit! couldn't find your Android phone with the Advanced Detection Process. Please check these tips and look at the Online User Guide which includes instructional videos.
  1. Check to make sure you are not using a charging cable but standard data cable.
  2. Try to reinstall to the latest USB drivers from your phone manufacturer's website.
  3. Please double-check that you have USB debugging process finished to the end on the phone. 
  4. After you finish the USB debugging process,be sure to confirm the RSA fingerprint on your phone.
  5. Kill all other PC Suites and their running processes using Task Manager.
  6. Make sure the correct transfer mode is selected. MTP (media transfer) or PC Sync mode - DO NOT USE charge only mode or MIDI.
  7. Wait a bit longer (5 min.) after the final step of the connection wizard before clicking finish. 
  8. If cable connection can't be established, use Wi-Fi connection or vice versa
  9. For Wi-Fi connection issues, make sure both devices are on the same network.Check for antivirus or firewall settings that may be blocking communication.
